Extended return period
Happy customers are our first priority. It is important for us that our customers are satisfied with their glasses, and therefore we have recently extended the return period to 100 days. From now on, our policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return any item completely free of charge, without having to specify the reason.
3 step guide to returning a package
1. Prepare the package: Remove the pre-paid return label* from inside the package and accompany it with the package. Write your order number on the return label so it is visible. Place the items** in a box, preferably the original box***.
2. Ship the package - we pay for it: Deliver your Luxreaders package to your local post office and send it to us. Not to worry - we will cover shipping costs.
3. Get refunded: As soon as we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
4 step guide to exchanging a package
Please note: Returning products is always free using the Luxreaders prepaid return label. However, exchanges may incur extra delivery fees.
*Delivery costs for returns are only covered when purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. Additional shipping costs may occur when exchanging products.
Our exchanges are easily done! Just follow the guide below:
1. Product packaging: Please pack the products, preferably, in the original packaging. Write your order number on the prepaid return label and accompany with the package.
2. Fill out labels: Write your order number on the return label.
3. Deliver the package: Deliver the package to your nearest parcel shop or post office.
4. Order again: The desired glasses must be ordered again via our website. To obtain the same unit price as on the original order with 3 pairs, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and how many pairs you returned. You will receive a discount code, so you can place a new order at the same unit price as with the order with 3 pairs*.
As soon as we have received the return package, the payment will be refunded to the payment method used.
*Delivery costs for returns are only covered when purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. Furthermore, additional shipping costs may occur when exchanging products due to redelivery.
* Our label is an International Accepted Return Label. The reason no barcode is printed on it is that the recipient, in this case, Luxreaders, pays for shipping as soon as the package is received. Therefore, you are NOT required to pay any shipping charges.
** Items delivered in separate packages must be returned separately. Please be sure to place the item in its correct box, or the time to receive your refund may be extended.
*** Make sure to write your order number on the return label on the box so that it is visible.
